| Nick was last seen on the corner of Victory Lane and Stanford Ranch Road on the night of April 20 2009. He had just got off work at Frye's Electronics and had told his coworkers that he was going to go meet someone. He did not tell his coworkers who he was going to meet or where he was going. An eye witness emailed the station after the missing person posting was released saying that she saw Nick at the above location waiting with his hands in his pockets, nothing else. His parents were unaware of this activity and what was going on that night. They expected him to come home after work and were both home eating dinner while this occurred. His friends said that nothing out of the ordinary was going on with Nick's relationships and Nick was not involved with drugs, gangs, or illegal activity. One friend had mentioned that Nick had been talking to someone from out of town recently online but the friend did not know the name or contact information for this person. Nick is a frequent user of Myspace however no activity has been recorded since the day he went missing. Kidnapping and homicide have not been ruled out. Suspects are being questioned.
